Beef Program Information




The beef was raised on our farm.

The beef was grain fed.

No hormones or antibiotics were used to produce the beef.

All beef will be delivered frozen and vaccum sealed for freshness in containers designed        for shipping frozen food.

The beef is processed at Lannings Foods in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.  They are licenced and            fully inspected by the USDA.

All prices listed below include home delivery to our Produce CSA members.

All beef will be delivered along with your weekly produce delivery.

Non produce CSA members will be billed an addtional $15 charge for delivery within our          delivery areas.

Non produce CSA members will be assigned a delivery day.  You will be contacted by            email to be informed of the day.
