What is a CSA?
Thank you for your interest in becoming a supporter of New Century CSA. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. The program allows individuals and families the opportunity to take part in a local vegetable farm. By becoming a supporter, you receive fresh fruits and vegetables each week of the summer. CSA is ideal for people who love eating a variety of fresh produce, but who do not have the time, space and/or desire to garden themselves. It is also a good fit for those who wish to supplement their own garden.
Our goal is to supply families with fresh, high quality produce throughout the late spring and summer months. This will be the fifth year of the CSA. Since its induction in 2004, New Century CSA has provided produce to supporters in Pickaway, Fairfield, Franklin and Ross counties. Interest has rapidly increased over the past few years and we anticipate a large amount of interest once again in 2008.
In this site you will find detailed information concerning the 2008 season. If you have questions after reviewing the information, feel free to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you and having the opportunity to serve you throughout this coming summer.
