Pictures From The Farm
Below are some pictures from the previous seasons.  We will be updating the pictures as the season continues.
Recipes
Below you will find recipes that were compiled in previous seasons.  Feel free to print or save whichever ones you find that you like.  One note- the Salad section is not just lettuce salads.  There are cucumber salads, corn salads, etc.  Once again the "What do I do.." section focuses on okra, beets and kohlrabi.  We hope you enjoy cooking your summer vegetables and fruits.

Plants from the greenhouse ready to be planted.  These will be planted with the transplanter pictured below.
This transplanter uses two people sitting in the chairs who feed the plants one at a time into grips on a wheel.  The plants are then lowered into the ground, dirt is pushed around them and they are watered in.  It has allowed our productivity to increase greatly and plant significantly faster than if planting and watering by hand.
We have purchased several pieces of equipment this year to improve our efficiency.
